Terms of Sale
Once you place an order with VALENZAR, you thus agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

• • All the orders placed with us are subject to availability of the desired product.

• • For orders with a total value exceeding Rs.1500/-, we require an advance payment ranging from Rs.50 to Rs.800, depending on the order value. This advance payment is mandatory to ensure the smooth processing of your order and to avoid cancellation during the Cash on Delivery (COD) process.

• • In cases where we suspect a Cash on Delivery (COD) order to be fraudulent, we reserve the right to cancel it. To avoid any inconvenience post-dispatch, an advance amount may be required depending on the order value.

  • You may request an exchange or website coupon code refund within 7 days of delivery. We only offer website coupon code refunds for returns—no monetary refunds are provided.

• To enhance security and prevent fraudulent activities, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders exceeding Rs.3000/-. Please be aware that we reserve the right to cancel such orders.
• In the event of a Cash on Delivery (COD) order being cancelled by the customer after shipment, we regret to inform you that COD will not be available for subsequent orders. Only prepaid orders will be dispatched.

• • Once an order is placed, an acknowledgement e-mail stating the confirmation of your order will be received by you. Please note that this acknowledgement does not mean the acceptance of your order. Your order is only accepted once the payment is received from your credit/debit card/account.

• • A standard authorization check is carried out on your payment card once your order is received by us. This is done solely to make sure that you have sufficient funds and thus your transaction can be carried out without any hindrance.

• • The product will be delivered to you within 2-6 working days depending on your pincode.

• • We make our best efforts to ensure that the product descriptions and set prices are accurate. However, error may occur. If it is discovered by us that the mentioned price at which you placed the order is incorrect, you will be informed by us at the earliest. You will be given the following two options –

• • You can reconfirm your order at the corrected new price;

• • If you do not wish to make the purchase any longer, you can cancel your order;

• • In case we are unable to contact you regarding any changes, your order will be considered as cancelled, and the order will be shipped back again.

Applicable Law
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The place of jurisdiction shall be in Punjab.
